Will Strong

Taking a cue from Mark Twain, William did not let school get in the way of his education, dropping out of college his sophomore year to travel all over America, Walt Whitman style. He worked as a reporter on independent papers on both East and West coasts, and even started one in Savannah, Georgia, entitled Albion’s Voice.

Turning to poetry in his 50’s, he had a chapbook of politically inspired verse, Bush League Fatigue, published. In 2014, his second poetry collection, As Alive – As Alert – As Awake – As Artful, was released.
